BH operates various activities and training programs to improve safety culture.
We strive to establish a safety and health environment that enables preemptive preventive management through monitoring safety and health risks that may arise from the work environment, systematic safety diagnosis and improvement.
As safety regulations have been strengthened such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Severe Accident Punishment Act, we are strengthening the safety management of in-house workplace safety management, business partners, and in-house outsourcing work.

BH treats any information related to stakeholders, including the company's management information, trade secrets, intellectual property, and personal information of employees, customers, and partner companies, as important information assets and strives to protect them in various ways.
Mainly based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, BH supports and respects the human rights protection and labor standards of international organizations such as the OECD Guidelines of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the UN Children's Convention, and the International Labor Organization, and takes the lead in compliance with global laws and regulations.
